1. Scope
Be Someone provides public fitness, nutrition, recovery, and habit-building education. It also maintains private social-account tools for authorized administrators and platform reviewers. This service is separate from any storefront.
2. Public website activity
Reading the public guides does not require an account. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, and network identifiers. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, platform access tokens, or sensitive health information by email.
3. Wellness member accounts
You may use TikTok Login Kit to create or access a wellness member profile. For this sign-in, we receive your TikTok account identifier and display name. We use that information only to identify your Be Someone membership and restore your saved guide progress across devices.
We do not request permission to post to your TikTok account. TikTok access and refresh tokens used to verify a public member sign-in are not retained after sign-in. We keep a secure, first-party session identifier so you can remain signed in for up to 30 days.
4. Saved wellness activity
Members may save a public guide and mark it as saved, in progress, or completed. We keep those selections until the member removes them or deletes the membership. We do not use guide progress to diagnose a condition, infer sensitive health information, or create an advertising profile.
5. Administrator-connected social-platform information
When an authorized administrator connects a supported professional social account, approved features may process:
- Account, Page, and professional-profile names and platform identifiers.
- Granted permissions and encrypted connection credentials.
- Posts, comments, mentions, and messages made available by approved permissions.
- Content drafts, publishing instructions, and delivery status.
- Aggregate engagement and performance metrics.
- Security, authorization, and operational activity records.
6. How administrator-connected information is used
Platform data is used only for functions an authorized administrator enables, including:
- Displaying and organizing activity from accounts the administrator controls.
- Preparing and publishing administrator-approved educational content.
- Preparing administrator-approved responses to comments or inbound messages.
- Sending exact administrator-approved FAQ answers automatically when that feature is enabled.
- Producing aggregate performance and content insights.
- Maintaining connection security, reliability, and an activity history.
We do not sell platform data, build advertising profiles from it, scrape unrelated accounts, or use it for automated unsolicited outreach.
7. Health information
The public guides provide general education and are not designed to collect medical or health records. Private social tools are not used to infer medical conditions or other sensitive characteristics from engagement data.
8. Optional AI assistance
If an authorized administrator explicitly enables an AI-assisted feature, only the text needed for the requested draft or analysis is sent to the configured AI service provider, OpenAI. AI output remains a draft and requires human review. AI features do not independently browse social platforms or publish content. Basic contact details are removed from AI inputs where detected, and sensitive questions are routed for human review. Automatically sent FAQ responses use the administrator's saved answer rather than newly generated AI text.
9. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, AI, email, and connected-platform providers only as needed to operate requested features. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect security, or during a legitimate business transition subject to appropriate safeguards. Platform data is not sold or licensed to data brokers.
10. Retention and security
Wellness membership and guide-progress records are retained while the membership is active. Expired first-party sessions are removed periodically. Administrator connection credentials are retained until the connection is removed or authorization expires. Imported inbox items are ordinarily retained for up to 14 days, explicitly saved review material for up to 30 days, and security or activity records for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required for security or legal compliance.
Private access is restricted to authorized users. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest, sensitive operations are performed server-side, and permissions are limited to those required for enabled functions. No storage or transmission method is risk-free.
11. Your choices and deletion
A signed-in wellness member can delete the membership and saved guide progress directly from My Wellness. An authorized administrator may disconnect a managed social account to stop future access. Other requests can be submitted using the data-deletion instructions. Removing an integration from a connected platform also revokes future platform access.
