1. Scope
Be Someone Social Workspace is a private social-account management application for authorized operators. It is separate from any storefront and is not designed to collect storefront customer records, purchase histories, or health information.
2. Information we process
When an authorized user connects a supported professional social account, the workspace may process:
- Account, Page, and professional-profile names and platform identifiers.
- Access permissions and encrypted connection credentials.
- Posts, comments, mentions, and messages available through approved permissions.
- Content drafts, publishing instructions, and delivery status.
- Aggregate engagement and performance metrics.
- Security, authorization, and operational activity records.
3. How information is used
Platform data is used only to provide functions an authorized user enables, including:
- Displaying and organizing activity from connected accounts.
- Preparing and publishing owner-approved content.
- Preparing owner-approved responses to comments or inbound messages.
- Producing aggregate performance and content insights.
- Maintaining account security, reliability, and an activity history.
We do not sell platform data, build advertising profiles from it, or use it for automated unsolicited outreach.
4. Optional AI assistance
If an authorized user explicitly enables an AI-assisted feature, only the text needed for that requested draft or analysis is sent to the configured service provider. AI output remains a draft and requires human review. AI features do not independently browse social platforms or publish content.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, AI, and connected-platform providers only as needed to operate requested features. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect security, or during a legitimate business transition subject to appropriate safeguards. Platform data is not sold or licensed to data brokers.
6. Retention
Connected credentials are retained until the connection is removed or authorization expires. Imported inbox items are ordinarily retained for up to 14 days, content drafts and explicitly saved review material for up to 30 days, and security or activity records for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required for security or legal compliance. These periods may be shortened when data is no longer needed.
7. Security
Access is restricted to authorized users. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest, sensitive operations are performed server-side, and permissions are limited to those required for enabled functions. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
8. Your choices and deletion
An authorized user may disconnect an account to stop future access. Requests to delete stored workspace data can be submitted using the instructions on the data-deletion page. Removing the integration from the connected platform also revokes future platform access.
